About us
We are apartments rent agency. We offer our own apartments for rent as well we provide our clients with intermediary services by renting apartments of our partners. Our business address is Ukraine, Kiev, Gorkogo st. 99.

All our apartments can be booked in three steps:
Step 1: sending of request
You send us a request for desired apartments, using our Request form, SMS or just by sending us an email to kiarent@ukr.net
Step 2: proceeding of request
Our managers will search for apartments with desired profile, available for your period of stay and than will offer to you all suitable variants.
Step 3: advanced payment for the first night of stay
Once the advanced payment has been received, the apartment is reserved. Without an advance payment we can not guarantee your booking. However on your arrival if there are apartments available, we will be able to accommodate you.

NOTE: apartment is reserved only after we receive your advanced payment. After your payment we keep apartment free for your period of stay and reject all possible orders of other clients for this period. Sending request only (first step) is not enough for booking.

NOTE: in case of your not-arrival the advanced payment for the first night of stay will be not paid back.

ATTENTION: please take note of our terms of booking
1 – 3 nights
Our apartments can be booked for 1 – 3 nights only one day before, or at the day of your arrival

(Because of high tourist season in Kiev landlords prefer potential long term reservation in advance. The apartment owners very often cancel 1-3 night reservations if they have new clients for a long-term rent that is way we refuse to book apartments for short periods).
4 – 5 nights
You can book apartments for 4 – 5 nights not earlier than one month before your arrival
More than 5 nights
No time limits

Payments

The advanced payment can be made by Master or VISA card, by Wester Union or in cash by your representatives or friends in Kiev.
The remaining amount needs to be paid by cash to our agency’s representative on arrival at the apartment.

NOTE: the payment for the whole period of stay needs to be made at the first day of stay on arrival at the apartment.

In order to make arrival and check-in/check-out more comfortable for our clients and to avoid possible problems, we stick to the unified check-in check-out time.
The standard check-in time is 12.00
The standard check-out time is 13.00

NOTE: in case you arrive earlier or want to leave apartment later, we can charge additional payment, equal to 50 % or 100 % of price for the one night of stay.
